NOTES: This echoes the text for each argument back to the output. If there are
multiple arguments they are separated by spaces.
rlogin
Creates I/O terminal to local cards.

NOTES: This command allows users to open a terminal to local I/O devices within
the chassis. The command rcmd is an alias of rlogin. See also hostShow.
